What are Building Warranties?
Building Warranties or Latent Defects Insurance are 10 year Insurance policies that provide the Home Owner or Commercial Landlord with a Structural Insurance Policy which they can call upon in the event of structural failure.
Typically, damage could include failure of the foundations or a structural defect to internal/external walls or load bearing floors.
